Employment Verification

Verification of information related to current / previous employments reported by the employee on a job application or resume. The report will contain duly verified dates of employment, last position held, last salary drawn, eligibility for rehire and Relieving / F&F Status.

Education Verification

Verification conducted through institution / university that granted the degree or certificate. The verification includes dates of attendance, degree, major or program, and graduation date, if applicable.

Court Record Verification

Criminal Verification through court record check discourages applicants from concealing their actual identity thus ensuring the integrity in the hiring process. It ensures a safer working environment by reducing exposure to negligent hiring and retention and protects businesses from employee fraud and internal theft.

Address Check

Residential Address Verification is done through a physical site visit or database check. Our field staff visits the current / permanent / previous or all the addresses of the candidates as requested by employer. During the visit house, street, GPS Coordinates and signature of the verifier is captured and shared with employer.

National ID Check

Once a candidate is shortlisted, it is important to stop for a minute and review the paperwork. Sometimes you will be surprised to find misleading information and even fake names and addresses. A simple National ID Check by ESS can help you here.

ESS has a speedy verification process to determine the authenticity of candidates through their Government issued ID cards such as Aadhaar, Passports, Drivers Licenses and Voter Cards.

Drug Check

ESS conduct checks in association with leading diagnostic centers and labs in India to ascertain if the applicant is a consumer or is addicted to any banned substances. Each test specimen is reviewed for tampering, contamination and inconsistencies. All positive results are reviewed by certified Medical Review Officers, to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

Database Check

The best way to mitigate the risk of employing an applicant that may join with the sole purpose of malicious intent towards your organization and its assets is by conducting an extensive database check to investigate whether the applicant’s name features in any public/proprietary database of negative profiles including criminal, civil litigation, credit and compliance databases. ESS has its internal as well as databases that we have subscribed to, which may provide comprehensive criminal information on the candidate.
